So, this last week started off with a flood of water in our basement. Apparantly there was a mechanical pencil that had made it’s way into our main pipe, and we were getting some nasty sewer water back flooding into our utility closet. My husband had left for scout camp literally 3 hours before this happened, and I was at a total loss to know how to handle the situation….
I don’t think I’ve mentioned here yet that I received a new calling… I get to play the piano for my church’s children’s program (Primary). Yes it’s my third calling, but my biggest concern was just that my baby wasn’t quite nursery age. They were happy to let him in a little early…
Last week I decided for our “trip” day, that I would take the kids on a hike. I picked a short trail that one of my daughters had gone on for a young women’s activity. She told us there was a beautiful waterfall at the end of the hike.
